What is your style?

At Donato Decor we know that our clients are all unique and we don't like to tie ourselves to one look for every space we work on. We love our calming, go-with-everything neutrals but we’ve definitely been known to add colour pops as well. We’ll always have a soft spot for the perfect vintage find and mixing textures is an absolute must. How does the process work?

We like to keep things simple. Here’s an overview of our process:

1- Discovery call (to get acquainted and answer any questions)

2- Consultation (to see the space and solidify a direction)

3- Design, Presentation, Revisions (everything is picked, priced and put into a visual package)

4- Implementation (where the vision comes to life, trades are managed and the space is finished)

How involved in the process will I need to be?

We like to say that we take the overwhelm out of designing your dream home because we take care of everything, meaning the biggest involvement you need to have is giving the design your stamp of approval, everything before and after that point, we handle!

What type of projects do you typically do?

Our focus is full service residential interior design and decor. Some examples of our typical projects include:

Complete home design, layout and furnishing
Furniture layout and sourcing
Custom furniture and built ins- design and coordination
Kitchen and bathroom redesign
Flooring and lighting selection

How are purchases for the project handled?

Donato Decor does all of the project purchasing to minimize your workload. This means less invoices, less suppliers and less emails for you!!

What will our project cost?

Every project is different. Product pricing ranges depending on your needs. Click HERE for a general idea of design fees for phase two of your project. And remember, projects are broken up into three price phases: Consultation, Design and Implementation.

Where do you get your furniture?

We use a variety of furniture suppliers to best meet your needs. As much as possible we stick with conscious, Canadian brands.

Can you integrate my favourite pieces of furniture or accessories into the design?

Yes! During our in-home meeting, we go over all of the items you’d like to incorporate into the new design. We believe in using, refinishing or repurposing what you have to reduce our environmental impact and hang on to sentimental pieces when possible. It is your space after all, we are here to enhance it!
